![]() ![]() We must be notified prior to a return being shipped back. This does not apply to Sezzle/AfterPay cancellations, they will always be deducted their payment fee as it does not get refunded. It the payment has already processed then it will be deducted the processing fee associated with it. If you need to cancel your order shortly after placing it, sometimes we can refund your card payment in full before it has fully processed without a fee. If the order has shipped using any shipping other than the free shipping option, the shipping fee will not be refunded. Order Cancellations will be charged a 3.4% fee for a standard card payment or a 6.5% fee for sezzle payments. If the issue is simply that you changed your mind and do not like the item, simply send it back within 14 days and we will either:ġ. If this is an exclusive 1 item piece we can issue a store credit or a full refund. If the issue is a mistake on our part we will cover the return shipping and have it replaced for another one or refunded in full. The item needs to be in the condition that it was in when it was received. If there is an issue with the item and you need to do a return because of it we need to be notified of the issue within 24-48 hours of it being delivered. If you receive an item that is not as described simply email us and we will gladly take it back with a simple and pain free process.
